Shell and tube heat exchanger is a traditional and most widely used heat exchange equipment. Because it has a strong structure and can be made of various materials, it has strong adaptability and is especially widely used in high temperature, high pressure and large-scale installations. Shell and tube heat exchangers are composed of main components such as tube boxes, shells, and tube bundles. The core of the tube bundle shell and tube heat exchanger, the heat exchange tube acts as a heat conduction element, and together with the baffle plate determines the heat transfer performance of the heat exchanger. The tube box and the shell determine the pressure bearing capacity of the shell and tube heat exchanger and the safety and reliability of its operation. The shell-and-tube heat exchanger belongs to the dividing wall heat exchanger, and the fluid channel formed in the heat exchange tube is called the tube side, and the fluid channel formed outside the heat exchange tube is called the shell side. When the tube side and the shell side pass through two fluids with different temperatures, the fluid with higher temperature transfers heat to the fluid with lower temperature through the heat exchange tube wall, the fluid with higher temperature is cooled, and the fluid with lower temperature is heated , and then achieve the purpose of the two-fluid heat exchange process.
Shell and tube heat exchanger product features: 1. The cooling tube is made of high-quality copper tubes (aluminum tube, carbon steel tube, stainless steel tube), and processed into fin-shaped heat sinks, the product is small in size and large in heat exchange area.
2. The deflector can be divided into a spiral deflector (baffled deflector), which makes the cooled liquid flow continuously and uniformly in a spiral shape. The spiral deflector overcomes the cold and heat exchange efficiency generated by the deflected deflector. .
3. Tube sheet welding has methods such as expanding tube sealing, welding, and hot welding. The expanding tube seal overcomes the undesirable changes in the material after high temperature welding.

5. According to the form, it is divided into fixed tube sheet type, floating head type, U-shaped tube heat exchanger, and according to the structure, it is divided into single tube pass, double tube pass and multi tube pass. Heat transfer area 0.2㎡-1000㎡.
